Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of Geenie, including the website at geenie.io, the application at app.geenie.io, and all related services, integrations, and features (collectively, the “Service”). The Service is operated by Foxglove Brands LLC (“Geenie,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).


By creating an account, connecting an Amazon account, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of a company or other organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. What Geenie Does

Geenie is an independent, third-party software service that connects to your Amazon Seller and/or Amazon Advertising accounts and lets you manage advertising and selling operations using natural language. You can interact with the Service through our web dashboard, through a connector for Claude Desktop and compatible AI clients, and through our Slack integration.

The Service uses artificial intelligence (including models provided by Anthropic) to interpret your requests, analyze your data, and generate responses and recommended actions. Some actions can create, modify, or delete data in your connected Amazon accounts — for example, creating or adjusting advertising campaigns, updating product listings, or generating and pushing listing images.


Geenie is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon, Anthropic, or any other third party. “Amazon,” “Claude,” and other marks are the property of their respective owners.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Service. The Service is intended for business use by Amazon sellers, advertisers, agencies, and their authorized personnel.

3. Accounts and Security

To use the Service you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us promptly at support@geenie.io if you suspect unauthorized access. We are not liable for losses caused by unauthorized use of your account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4. Connecting Amazon and Third-Party Accounts

The Service requires you to authorize access to your Amazon Seller Central and/or Amazon Advertising accounts through Amazon’s authorization process (OAuth). By connecting an account, you:

  • Represent that you own the account or are authorized to connect it and to grant Geenie access on its behalf;

  • Authorize Geenie to access, retrieve, store, and process data from that account to provide the Service;

  • Agree to comply with all applicable Amazon terms, policies, and acceptable use requirements, including the Amazon Services API and Advertising API terms; and

  • Understand that you may revoke Geenie’s access at any time through Amazon or by disconnecting the account in the Service.

You are solely responsible for your Amazon accounts and for compliance with Amazon’s policies. Actions taken through the Service — including automated or AI-generated actions — are attributed to you.

5. AI-Generated Output and Automated Actions

The Service relies on AI models to interpret requests and produce output, including analysis, recommendations, generated text, and generated images. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are responsible for reviewing all output and any proposed changes before relying on them or allowing them to be applied to your Amazon accounts.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI output does not constitute professional, financial, legal, or business advice;

  • Actions that change your advertising spend, campaigns, listings, or other account data can have real financial consequences; and

  • You bear responsibility for the results of actions you initiate or approve through the Service, including changes to ad budgets and bids.

Generated images and other content may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI provider. You are responsible for ensuring that content you publish (including to Amazon) complies with Amazon’s policies and applicable law.

6. Plans, Billing, and Credits

Subscriptions. Paid features are offered on a subscription basis. Fees, billing frequency, and plan limits are described at the time of purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically for successive periods until cancelled.


Free trial. We may offer a free trial. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, your subscription will begin and you will be charged the applicable fee.


Credits and metered usage. Certain features (such as AI chat usage and image generation) may consume included allowances or credits, and may be subject to add-on packs or overage charges as described in the Service. Credits and allowances have no cash value, are non-transferable, and expire as described at purchase.


Payment processing. Payments are processed by Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us and Stripe to charge your payment method for all applicable fees and taxes. You are responsible for keeping your payment information current.


Cancellation. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods, unused allowances, or unused credits.


Changes to pricing. We may change our fees and plans. We will provide notice of material changes, and changes will apply to your next billing period.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service in violation of any law or any third-party terms, including Amazon’s or Anthropic’s policies;

  • Connect accounts you are not authorized to access, or access data you have no right to access;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users’ data, or our systems;

  • Reverse engineer, scrape, resell, or misuse the Service, except as permitted by law;

  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service;

  • Use the Service to generate content that is unlawful, infringing, deceptive, or that violates Amazon’s content policies; or

  • Use automated means to abuse rate limits, credits, or free trials.

We may suspend or terminate access for violations.

8. Your Data and Content

As between you and Geenie, you retain all rights to the data you connect or provide, including your Amazon account data and any content you submit (“Your Data”). You grant Geenie a limited, non-exclusive license to access, store, process, and transmit Your Data solely to operate, provide, secure, and improve the Service, and as described in our Privacy Policy. Our handling of personal data is governed by the Privacy Policy.

9. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with and depends on third-party services, including Amazon, Anthropic, Stripe, and others. Your use of those services may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services, and their availability, changes, or discontinuation may affect the Service. If a third party changes or restricts access to its APIs or data, some features may become limited or unavailable.

10. Service Availability and Changes

We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time. We may also impose or change usage limits.

11. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Data), is owned by Geenie and its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

12. Feedback

If you provide feedback or suggestions, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use them without restriction or obligation to you.

13. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE OR ANY AI-GENERATED OUTPUT WILL BE ACCURATE, RELIABLE, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT IT WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR PRODUCE ANY PARTICULAR BUSINESS RESULT.

14. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEENIE AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR ADVERTISING SPEND, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.


TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GEENIE’S TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO GEENIE FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

15. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Geenie and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your use of the Service, Your Data, your connected accounts, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights or policies (including Amazon’s).

16. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if providing the Service becomes impractical. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification) will survive.

17. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will be resolved in the courts located in California, and you consent to their jurisdiction, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

18. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice (for example, by email or through the Service). Your continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
